Terms of Service

Markifo is a free online tool that generates app icons, favicons, and launch assets for multiple platforms. You upload a logo or image, select your target platforms, and receive a ZIP file containing properly sized assets.

To ensure fair access for all users, asset generation is limited to 5 requests per 24 hours per IP address. Attempts to circumvent this limit may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access.

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or content designed to exploit the service
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or abuse the service infrastructure
• Use automated tools to make excessive requests
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the assets generated from them. Markifo claims no ownership or license over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you upload.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated assets will meet specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markifo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
